lighthouse enthusiasts on the shore of Lake Superior for an evening of
discovery, along with a fall harvest buffet dinner. Captain Dave Strzok,
who sailed Lake Superior for over 30 years and wrote four books on the
Apostle Islands region, will deliver a presentation about the island
lighthouses. After his talk, there will be time for discussion with guests
and Dave will be available to answer questions and sign books. Reserve

National Lakeshore hosts lighthouse and related history presentations.
These and other lectures are offered at the Park Service Visitor's Center
in Bayfield throughout the season. While you're there, check out the
classical Fresnel lens from Michigan Island.

The original illustrations will be displayed along with a variety of drawings from Randall's collection. Stop by to see his work and learn about his unique style of artwork.
